Follow this road to the end and turn left into Caldecott Road. Continue for around quarter of a mile before turning left into Pegasus Mews. Follow this road to the end where Topcraft is situated.
Arriving by Car: (South) It takes just over two hours to reach Topcraft from the M25. Take the A12 exit towards Lowestoft. When you reach Pakefield take the A117 towards Oulton Broad. Follow this road to the traffic lights next to the Flying Dutchman public house and then turn right into Bridge Road. Continue over the railway and then turn left at the roundabout. Continue over the river to the Wherry Hotel roundabout and turn left into Commodore Road. Follow this road to the end and turn left into Caldecott Road. Continue for around quarter of a mile before turning left into Pegasus Mews. Follow this road to the end where Topcraft is situated.
